Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: International Customers: All orders ship next business day. Arrival time is typically 1-3 weeks depending on the shipping service you select and the customs processing time in your country.  

 

Q: Will I receive tracking info for my order?

A: Yes.  You will be emailed tracking info after your order ships.  Please make sure to designate a valid email address at checkout so you receive tracking info and order updates.

 

Q: Where are you guys located?  Where do you ship from?

A: All orders ship from China where we're located.
